CIC Thanksgiving and bazaar

it was a beautiful sight to behold today the 18th of November 2018 as the CIC family went all out to thank God for his goodness throughout the 2018 calendar year in a harvest thanksgiving mass with the theme ‘Thanksgiving for God’s goodness and protection’.
The staff, students and parents were in attendance for this great occasion with the singular aim of thanking God for all the successes the school has recorded within a record time.
It all started by 10:30 a.m with a holy mass presided over by the principal, Very Rev Fr. Hilary Mgbodile with Rev Fr. Michael Ogbu as the homilist. Other priests and the staff were also in attendance.
Fr. Ogbu drew the minds of the congregation to so many reasons for thanksgiving to God. This generated great enthusiasm which propelled the staff and student to a thanksgiving procession which was done according to classes.
After the harvest thanksgiving came the auction sales; another moment of support for the college. The support was over whelming as parents tried to respond with gratitude for the academic and the moral formation their wards have been receiving from the school.
Finally, CIC is happy and grateful to God for everything, and her prayers go out to everybody who supported the harvest thanksgiving.
Everything was brought to a successful end with a closing prayer said by the prIncipal Rev Fr.Hilary Mgbodile.
